Ingredients

  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 5 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon extract

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and sift together.
  2. In another bowl, mix the eggs, oil, milk, and lemon extract.
  3. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Roll small amounts into braids or round flat pieces and place on cookie sheets.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
