Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (12 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the top.
  5. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
