- Roll out individual biscuits and place a thin slice of raw sweet potato on each.
- Pinch the dough together to seal the sweet potato inside.
- Melt 1 stick of margarine in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Place the dumplings pinched side down in the melted margarine.
- In a saucepan, boil water, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon until thickened.
- Pour the thickened mixture over the dumplings in the pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes or until heated through and slightly golden.
