Ingredients

  • 2 large cans yams
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 2 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Drain the yams from the cans and place them in a baking dish.
  2. Add the crushed pineapple to the yams without draining.
  3. Add margarine and 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
  4. Mash all ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
