Ingredients

  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 jar pimentos
  • 1 large can sauerkraut, rinsed
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat vinegar and sugar until the sugar melts.
  2. Combine green pepper, onion, celery, pimentos, and sauerkraut in a bowl.
  3. Pour the vinegar and sugar mixture over the sauerkraut mixture.
  4. Mix well to combine all ingredients evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
