Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 cup Crisco
  • 4 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 grated sweet potato
  • 0.5 cups chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cups coconut

Instructions

  2. Lightly grease muffin pans and fill each cup two-thirds full.
