Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip
  • 2 small instant pudding (any flavor)

Instructions

  1. Mix melted margarine, flour, and chopped walnuts.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F.
  3. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  4. Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup of Cool Whip until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  6. Prepare the instant pudding with milk according to package instructions.
  7. Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top of the pudding layer.
  9. Freeze the dessert until firm before serving.
