Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 pkg. Swiss cheese
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. margarine

Instructions

  1. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Break the frozen hash browns into pieces and place them in the prepared pan.
  3. Grate Swiss cheese over the potatoes.
  4. Mix the hash browns and Swiss cheese together in the pan.
  5. Pour whipping cream evenly over the potato and cheese mixture.
  6. Melt margarine and pour it over the mixture.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
