Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Spread the mixture thinly in a sheet cake pan.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes.
  5. Stir or turn the mixture to distribute evenly.
  6. Bake for another 8 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
  8. Turn onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
  9. Refrigerate until firm.
  10. Before serving, cover with sliced almonds.
