Ingredients

  • 2 tubes biscuits
  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. seasoning mix (taco)
  • lettuce, cut up
  • tomatoes, chopped
  • onions, chopped
  • green peppers, chopped
  • Doritos, crunched
  • 2 c. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Bake the hamburger in the microwave for 5 minutes.
  2. Cut the biscuits into fourths.
  3. Grease a medium roasting pan.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the biscuit pieces in the bottom of the pan.
  6. Add the tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix to the cooked hamburger and pour the mixture over the biscuits.
  7. Cover with the grated cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, and crunched Doritos.
