Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. corn chips
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Crush enough corn chips to make 1/3 cup.
  2. Mix ground beef, crushed corn chips, and taco seasoning together.
  3. Shape the mixture into 6 patties.
  4. Set the oven to broil. Broil the patties for 5 minutes, then turn and broil for 3 minutes more.
  5. Crisscross cream cheese strips on each patty and sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Broil until the cheese is puffed and golden.
