Taco Dip Supreme

A creamy, savory taco dip layered with seasoned beef, fresh tomatoes and avocados, melted cheese, and sour cream—perfect for parties and snack time.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 6 oz. Cracker Barrel cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. taco sauce (Ortega)
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the onion and ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to the bottom of a glass bowl.
  3. Layer chopped tomatoes on top of the ground beef.
  4. Add chopped avocados over the tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese over the avocados.
  6. Fold in taco sauce evenly over the cheese layer.
  7. Spread sour cream on top of the taco sauce layer.
  8. Serve hot with taco-flavored Doritos.
