A cheesy, flavorful soft taco bake featuring seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and salsa con queso, perfect for family dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 soft tortillas
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) bottle Tostitos Salsa Con Queso
  • 1 cup shredded cheese mix (Mexican blend with yellow and white cheese)
  • sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, breaking into small pieces; drain well.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning mix and 1 cup water.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-high and simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in Salsa Con Queso thoroughly.
  7. Place tortillas in a baking dish and layer with the beef mixture and shredded cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  9. Serve with sour cream if desired.
