- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, breaking into small pieces; drain well.
- Stir in taco seasoning mix and 1 cup water.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to medium-high and simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Stir in Salsa Con Queso thoroughly.
- Place tortillas in a baking dish and layer with the beef mixture and shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with sour cream if desired.
