Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground hamburger
  • 4 packages Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 2 packages taco seasoning
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 bag shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 large sour cream
  • 1 jar salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground hamburger in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Mix the taco seasoning with the cooked meat as directed on the package.
  4. Roll out the crescent rolls on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread the seasoned meat evenly over the crescent rolls.
  6. Chop the large onions and scatter them over the meat.
  7. Roll up the crescent rolls with the fillings inside.
  8. Cover the rolled-up dough with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
  10. While baking, chop the large tomatoes.
  11. Serve the taco roll hot, garnished with chopped tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, and additional cheese if desired.
