Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Ortega taco sauce
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • shredded lettuce
  • 1 large diced tomato
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 1 large diced green pepper
  • shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix taco sauce, sour cream, and cream cheese in a bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture on a pizza pan.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  4. Drain off the fat and add taco seasoning to the beef.
  5. Spread the seasoned beef over the cream mixture on the pan.
  6. Layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, diced onion, and diced green pepper.
  7. Top with shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese.
  8. Serve with chips.
