Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup cheese, grated
  • 1/8 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 tomato, chopped
  • 4 taco shells
  • 1/3 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and place the taco shells on a cookie sheet.
  2. Heat the taco shells in the oven until ready to serve.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
  4. Add taco seasoning and water to the cooked beef, simmer until flavors meld.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the seasoned beef.
  6. Top with grated cheese, shredded lettuce, and chopped tomato.
