Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 box spaghetti
  • 1 box Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can chopped black olives

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, chili powder, diced onion, diced green pepper, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the beef mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Add the chopped black olives and stewed tomatoes to the mixture, mixing well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a flat baking dish.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 25 minutes or until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
