Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cans pork and beans
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Scramble sausage in a skillet; brown and drain.
  2. Put 1 tablespoon of fat in the skillet.
  3. Add chopped onion to the skillet.
  4. Saute until the onion is tender.
  5. Stir in the cooked sausage, pork and beans, and chili powder.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased, shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
