Ingredients

  • 2 lb. deer hamburger meat
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 large can tomato sauce
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 small pkg. macaroni
  • 1 small box Velveeta cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground deer hamburger meat, chopped green pepper, and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Add garlic, chili powder, pepper, tomato sauce, whole kernel corn, and stewed tomatoes to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  3. Cook macaroni separately until al dente, then drain and add to the meat mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with Velveeta cheese slices.
  5. Bake until the cheese melts, about 10 minutes.
