Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon yellow cornmeal
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons grated tangerines, rind
  • 1/3 cup tangerine juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. WHISK sugar and next nine ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into unbaked pie crust BAKE 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or u ntil center is set.
  3. NOTE: Any citrus fruit can be used.
