Ingredients

  • 1 fully cooked boneless ham
  • whole cloves
  • 1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup steak sauce
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Score the ham and stud with whole cloves.
  2. Heat the ham according to the label directions.
  3. Drain the pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup of juice.
  4. Combine the reserved juice with remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
  5. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until it reaches a boil.
  6. Boil for 1 minute.
  7. During the last 30 minutes of baking, brush the ham with the pineapple glaze several times.
  8. Garnish the ham and serving platter with pineapple slices.
  9. Serve extra glaze as a sauce over sliced ham.
