Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 7 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in butter until translucent.
  2. Stir in ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, pimentos, cooked egg noodles, and half of the shredded Cheddar cheese.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a casserole dish.
  4. Top with the remaining Cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
