A refreshing fruity tapioca dessert combining sweet strawberries, bananas, pineapple, and jello, perfect for warm days or as a light, flavorful treat for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup baby pearl tapioca
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 package strawberry jello
  • 1 can drained pineapple
  • 3 sliced bananas
  • 1 pint sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Bring 4 1/2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add baby pearl tapioca and salt; cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in sugar and strawberry jello until dissolved.
  4. Cool the mixture overnight in the refrigerator.
  5. Before serving, fold in drained pineapple, sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, and a container of Cool Whip.
