- Add baby pearl tapioca and salt; cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in sugar and strawberry jello until dissolved.
- Cool the mixture overnight in the refrigerator.
- Before serving, fold in drained pineapple, sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, and a container of Cool Whip.
