Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/2 can fresh chopped spinach, dried
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup baco bits
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Heinz apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out the yolks into a small mixing bowl and mash with a fork.
  3. Add mayonnaise, chopped spinach, baco bits, apple cider vinegar, margarine (if using), sugar, and black pepper to the yolks. Mix well.
  4. Spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
