Ingredients

  • 4-6 pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 lb undrained mixed chop suey vegetables
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops on both sides in margarine.
  2. Mix the mushroom soup, undrained mixed vegetables, and uncooked rice.
  3. Place the rice mixture into a lightly greased casserole or 13x9 inch pan.
  4. Put the browned chops and drippings on top of the rice mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for one hour.
