Ingredients

  • 1 qt. kosher pickles
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Drain all liquid out of the jar.
  2. Cut the pickles into slices.
  3. Put the sliced pickles back into the jar.
  4. Add sugar, celery seed, and white vinegar to the jar.
  5. Seal the jar tightly.
  6. Keep out of the refrigerator for 24 hours, turning the jar upside down often.
  7. After 24 hours, put the jar back into the refrigerator.
