Ingredients

  • 3 lb. wings
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 c. catsup

Instructions

  1. Place cleaned, disjointed wings in a foil-lined 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Salt and pepper wings to taste.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Mix honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, crushed garlic, and catsup in a bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the wings.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 1 hour, turning and basting with sauce every 15 minutes.
