A comforting casserole layered with seasoned ground beef, mixed vegetables in creamy soup, topped with crispy Tater Tots, perfect for family dinners and hearty gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. Tater Tots
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Instructions

  1. Crumble the hamburger in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  2. Add a layer of sliced onions over the hamburger.
  3. Mix the frozen mixed vegetables with the cream of celery soup and layer over the onions.
  4. Cover the casserole and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
  5. During the last half hour of baking, add the Tater Tots on top of the casserole.
