Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 6 potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Wash and wedge the potatoes, then soak the wedges in cold water for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix together the flour, salt, garlic salt, chili powder, pepper, and onion salt.
  4. Coat the potato wedges with the dry mixture.
  5. Place the coated wedges in the pan on top of the melted margarine.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes, turning once after 20 minutes.
