Instructions
- Cream shortening and sugars, add egg and vanilla.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and blend with shortening mixture.
- Add oats, Wheaties, nuts and coconut.
- Mix well. Drop by small spoonfuls on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
