Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 3 pounds roast of your choice, sliced in thin strips

Instructions

  1. Mix vinegar, oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place meat strips on skewers and marinate in the sauce for 24 to 48 hours, turning every 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Barbecue the meat until done.
