Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare the turkey by cleaning and patting it dry.

  4. Prepare your smoker with 15 pounds of coals, hickory chips, and ensure the smoker is ready.
  5. Place the turkey in the smoker.

  7. Smoke the turkey at a steady temperature until fully cooked, approximately 4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
