Ingredients

  • 24 oz. frozen potatoes
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Melt the stick of butter in the microwave.
  2. Place the frozen potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  3. Pour the melted butter evenly over the potatoes.
  4. Mix in the sour cream, cream of celery soup, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 400°F.
