Ingredients

  • 12 corn or flour tortillas
  • cinnamon
  • sugar
  • oranges
  • grapefruits
  • lemons
  • limes
  • honeydew
  • cantaloupe
  • watermelons
  • apples
  • pineapple
  • peaches
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • grapes
  • cherries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Stack the tortillas and cut them into wedges or strips.
  3. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  4. Spray or brush the tortilla pieces lightly with oil or honey.
  5. Sprinkle or roll the tortilla pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated evenly.
  6. Arrange the coated tortilla pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  9. Serve the cinnamon chips alongside sliced oranges, grapefruits, lemons, limes, and assorted fresh fruits for a sweet, fruity pairing.
