Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1-2 pound bag powdered sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1-1.5 ounce block of chocolate bark coating

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate in a large bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls about the size of a walnut.
  3. Melt the chocolate bark coating.
  4. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  5. Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
