Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix cooked rice, milk, salad dressing, chopped green pepper, chopped parsley, chopped green onion, minced garlic, and grated cheese in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle additional cheese on top.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until heated through and cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Serve hot.
