Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 lb. white raisins
  • 4 c. pecans
  • 12 eggs
  • fruit
  • 2 tsp. lemon extract

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until well combined; set aside.
  2. Beat eggs thoroughly.
  3. Add eggs to the butter and sugar mixture and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add flour, fruit, pecans, raisins, and lemon extract to the mixture.
  5. Pour batter into a prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 3 hours at 275°F.
