Ingredients

  • 1 small package flour tortillas
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 or 2 cans Ranch Style beans
  • 1.5 onions, chopped
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet.
  2. Spray a casserole dish with Pam or cooking spray.
  3. Layer the dish with flour tortillas, then the cooked meat and onions.
  4. Add a layer of Ranch Style beans, then sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Mix together the Ro-Tel tomatoes and cream of chicken soup, then pour over the layered ingredients.
  6. Add an additional layer of tortillas on top to form a crust.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until bubbly and golden.
