Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 3 Tbsp. chilli powder
  • 1 can chopped ripe olives and juice
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (No. 2) can white cream-style corn
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 5 or 6 noodles, cooked and drained
  • 2 c. grated sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook meat, draining off liquid; add onions, peppers, chilli powder and saute. Then add all other ingredients. Bake in casserole dish at 350° until bubbly.
