Three-Cheese Shells
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) jumbo pasta shells
- 3 c. (24 oz.) ricotta cheese ⓘ
- 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese ⓘ
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 1/2 c. chopped green peppers ⓘ
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. dried basil ⓘ
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten ⓘ
- 2 garlic cloves, minced ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 2 jars (one 28 oz., one 14 oz.) spaghetti sauce, divided ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. In a bowl, combine next 10 ingredients. Divide the small jar of sauce between two ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking dishes.
