Three-Day Yeast Rolls

Sweet and gooey three-day yeast rolls filled with marshmallows and cinnamon sugar, perfect for sharing at family gatherings or special occasions with warm, comforting flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 c. plain or bread flour
  • 2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Roll out a package of crescent rolls (Grands preferred).
  2. Take marshmallows and roll them in melted butter.
  3. Then roll marshmallows in cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Place a marshmallow in each crescent roll and seal along the seam.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven until brown.
