Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or mild sausage
  • 2 (15 oz) cans refried beans
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cups light sour cream
  • 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef or sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain well.
  2. Add the refried beans and seasoning mix to the skillet and mix well.
  3. Spread the beef-bean mixture in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread the light sour cream over the top of the mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
