Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
  2. Top each chicken breast with a slice of Swiss cheese.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms over the cheese.
  4. Mix the cream of chicken soup with white wine and milk, then pour the mixture over the chicken.
  5. Spread the Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing evenly over the top of the dish.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 50 minutes, until cooked through.
