- Stir the ice cream until creamy and spread it evenly over the cookie layer.
- Sprinkle peanuts over the ice cream layer.
- Freeze the assembled layers until firm.
- In the meantime, boil the fudge topping for 8 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Cool the fudge sauce and then pour it over the frozen ice cream layer.
- Top with Cool Whip and freeze until ready to serve.
