A rich, creamy ice cream dessert layered with chocolate cookies, peanuts, fudge, and whipped topping, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings and ideal for gatherings and special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 26 chocolate Oreo cookies
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. peanuts
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • fudge topping
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2/3 c. chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. can evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate Oreo cookies and pat them down with melted butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  2. Stir the ice cream until creamy and spread it evenly over the cookie layer.
  3. Sprinkle peanuts over the ice cream layer.
  4. Freeze the assembled layers until firm.
  5. In the meantime, boil the fudge topping for 8 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Cool the fudge sauce and then pour it over the frozen ice cream layer.
  7. Top with Cool Whip and freeze until ready to serve.
