Tina Tacos are cheesy, flavorful mini taco bites made with biscuits, seasoned beef, and melted cheese—perfect for quick snacks, parties, or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Butter Me Not biscuits
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 3 Tbsp. taco powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 2 c. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger meat and drain excess fat.
  2. In a greased muffin tin, press the biscuits into the cavities.
  3. Spoon the seasoned hamburger mixture, combined with tomato sauce and taco powder, into each biscuit cup.
  4. Top with grated cheese and bake until the cheese melts.
