Tiny Fruitcakes
Ingredients
- 4 oz. candied cherries, chopped ⓘ
- 4 oz. candied pineapple slices, chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 c. flour ⓘ
- 2 1/4 c. pecans, chopped ⓘ
- 1 c. sweetened condensed milk ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine ⓘ
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract ⓘ
- 1 tsp. orange extract
- 4 c. leftover cake, diced ⓘ
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. all-purpose flour ⓘ
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Instructions
- Birthday cakes may be great at the party, but tend to lose their freshness the day after.
- Freeze what's left and use it to make a completely different cake!
