Tips & Substitutions

For an extra kick, consider adding some spices like crushed red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning to the egg mixture. If you don't have Provolone cheese, mozzarella or cheddar can be great substitutes. Prepping the ingredients in advance can save time, and using store-bought fried peppers can ease the process. These sandwiches are reminiscent of classic American recipes, perfect for brunch.

Serving Suggestions

Serve Tiny Grinders warm, cut into squares for easy sharing. Pair them with a refreshing Spinach And Sprout Salad for a light contrast. They also go well with a side of Company Wilted Cabbage for a heartier meal. For a brunch setting, these can be accompanied by fresh fruit or a light yogurt parfait.

Storage & Reheating

To store leftovers, cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate. It will keep for up to three days. Reheat individual portions in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, or warm the entire dish in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes until heated through and crispy.
