Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 jar dried beef, chopped fine
  • 1 to 2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Grind beef and green onions in a food processor or blender.
  2. Add the ground beef and onions to the softened cream cheese and mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 2 or 3 cheese balls.
  4. Roll each cheese ball in chopped pecans until coated.
  5. Keep the cheese balls refrigerated until ready to serve.
  6. Serve with crackers.
