Ingredients

  • 20 ravioli at room temperature
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Dip each ravioli in beaten eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.
  2. Deep fry in 1 inch of heated oil at 350°F (175°C) until golden brown, about 1 minute.
  3. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve hot.
