Ingredients

  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
  • 1 c. water
  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Set aside brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon.
  2. Grease the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon. Beat well for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour one-third of the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle with half of the brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon mixture.
  6. Pour the remaining batter over the first layer.
  7. Sprinkle with the remaining brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon mixture.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 40 minutes.
